Wednesday 19th June - Cannock and Hednesford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Cannock and Hednesford Wednesday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance barring one, Newstead who are due to return as normal on Wednesday 26th June.

In the Premier League matches, Jimmy Sevilla FC edged a victory over Romasexuals in a nail-biting 1-0 game while GERIHATRICKS was overpowered 9-2 by an impressive ORIENTAL DELIGHT, who stole the show with their striking prowess.

The Division 1 spectrum saw a tightly contested match where Clarence F.C. narrowly succumbed to Baldeaux 3-2. IDEAL FC fell to NUTMEG CITY in 1-0 thriller, while Banglasesh FC emerged victorious against Toby Minton FC with a 4-2 scoreline.

Division 2 witnessed a high scoring face-off with Wine Bar Fc trashing Barmy Army 5-1. Shameless 6! managed a commanding 2-0 win over TomBolas FC, while Bilbao Baggins and DOUBLE POGBA AND COKE ended their fierce encounter in a 2-2 draw. Albert Sloshers, on the other hand, lost to MABLE'S SPARTANS 3-2, in a closely fought match.

In the Division 3, Wheely Bad Fc triumphed over Demba 9 Ba with a 4-2 scoreline. Real Sociopaths outperformed CrossBarcelona in a 4-3 thriller, while Murder On Zidane's Floor defeated Strongbow Unathletic 3-1. Norton Wanderers, with a massive 8-0 win, crushed LIMES FC.

Division 4 saw FC G&T clinch an emphatic 6-2 victory over FC. Cancel It FC trounced Haven't Got One Yet 6-1, Limes FC 2 obliterated Wyld Stallyns 5-0, and Hotel Thiago beat FIVE WAYS 4-1.
