WEDNESDAY 29TH AUGUST - CANNOCK ROUND-UP

It was a fantastic evening of 6 a side football in Cannock on Wednesday overall with all teams in attendance apart from two.  We will be speaking with 'Teachings of Jon' and 'Just Got Out on Bale' regarding their return for Wednesday 5th September.

New team 'Belt Road' played their first game in Division Two and settled in nicely, picking up a 1-1 draw against current second placed team 'Boca Seniors'.

FC Crescent continued their domination in the Premier Division, beating They Think Its Moldova 2-1 in a competitive fixture.

Other highlights of the evening was the 7-4 thriller in which Oriental Delight overcame another new team Nash FC in Division One, and in Division Three top of the table Tap Tap were surprisingly beaten 2-0 by Deeney In a Bottle meaning the race for the title has opened up somewhat.  In Division 4 Jazz Shack kept up their impressive 100% record with a 2-1 win over Don't Have a Kalou.
