It was a good evening's football in the Cannock and Hednesford Wednesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, barring a cancellation from Athletic Bilswan who return to action on 9th August.
In the Premier Division, Banglasesh dropped two places to fourth after being humbled 4-0 by Exeter Gently, who moved into second, whilst Nutmeg City also moved up a place to third after winning convincingly against Ideal FC by 5 goals to 1.
Division 1 saw Champagne Super Rovers narrowly edging out Newstead FS with a thrilling 3-2 victory, but game of the night was undoubtedly the 13 goal thriller in which Oriental Delight saw off Demba 9 Ba by an incredible 7-6 scoreline.
Division 2's standout match featured MABLE'S SPARTANS against Shady FC, with the former prevailing with a 2-1 scoreline in a closely fought encounter from start to finish.
In Division 3, the clash between LIMES FC and Expected Toulouse saw LIMES FC emerging as victors with a narrow 2-0 scoreline.
Moving on to Division 4, Limes FC 2 secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Cannock Town United FC.
