Wednesday 31st January - Cannock and Hednesford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock and Hednesford Wednesday 6 a side league this week overall with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across all five divisions, the only disappointment being Skank FC who have now been removed from the league, which creates an opening in Division Four for any interested new teams.

In the top-flight Premier League, Newstead FC clinched a narrow 1-0 victory against One Pitch One Love, while Jimmy Sevilla FC had a thrilling 3-3 draw with ORIENTAL DELIGHT. Athletic Bilswan triumphed over Toby Minton FC 3-1, and Exeter Gentley managed to edge out Donk II in a 3-2 victory.

In Division 1, NUTMEG CITY defeated Borrussia Teeth 2-1, while Clarence F.C. managed a comfortable 4-1 win over Shameless 6!. A high scoring draw was witnessed between IDEAL FC and Romasexuals, both teams securing 4 goals each. Heath Haze overpowered DOUBLE POGBA AND COKE 6-2.

Division 2 saw a close encounter between BoJollys and Baldeaux, with the latter winning 4-3. MABLE'S SPARTANS dominated Demba 9 Ba with a 10-1 scoreline, while Webblikesfattys emerged victorious against UnAthletico Madrid, 5-1. Barmy Army managed a 2-0 win over TomBolas FC.

In Division 3, Strongbow Unathletic outperformed Haven't Got One Yet with a 3-1 win, while GETAFE ME MASON secured a 3-1 victory against LIMES FC. RIZZ KINGS narrowly defeated Real Sociopaths 3-2.

Division 4 saw Cancel It FC dominate Wycombe Tit Village 6-1, Norton Wanderers blanked FIVE WAYS 6-0, FC G&T won against Limes FC 2 5-2, and Wheely Bad Fc triumphed over Wyld Stallyns 6-2.
