It was an excellent end to the season in the Cannock and Hednesford Wednesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night for their matches, barring Cat Zouma disappointingly, who have now withdrawn for the new season.
In the Premier League, Athletic Bilswan delivered a dominating performance as they defeated Donk II with a commanding 3-0 victory. Meanwhile, IDEAL FC secured a hard-fought 4-2 win against Jimmy Sevilla FC. And in an impressive display of skill, Banglasesh FC outclassed NUTMEG CITY with a resounding 6-0 triumph.
The Division 1 title went to ORIENTAL DELIGHT, who emerged victorious with 24 points and 11 wins. They showcased their determination by holding Newstead FS to a 1-1 draw in their final match. Champagne Super Rovers also finished strong, defeating Kingsmead FC 3-1, while Clarence F.C. prevailed with a 2-0 victory over DOUBLE POGBA AND COKE. Meanwhile, Shameless 6! put on a stellar performance, netting eight goals against Demba 9 Ba and securing an impressive 8-1 triumph.
Toby Minton FC emerged as the champions of Division 2, finishing the season with 21 points and 9 wins. They secured their title with a thrilling 2-1 win over HSTIKKYTOKKY. Baldeaux secured a solid 2-0 victory against LIMES FC 3, while The Winding Wheel FC emerged triumphant with a 3-0 win over MABLE'S SPARTANS. Borrussia Teeth showcased their offensive prowess with an impressive 9-1 victory over Manresa VI.
In Division 3, 6Men1Cup dominated the competition, winning the division with 23 points and 11 wins. They sealed their title in the final week by defeating LIMES FC with a commanding 5-0 victory. NEWOLVABORA showcased their skills with a convincing 4-1 win over Haven't Got One Yet, while Strongbow Unathletic narrowly defeated Real Sociopaths in a thrilling 6-5 encounter. DCF United secured a 4-1 victory against UnAthletico Madrid to wrap up the season.
Finally, Cannock Town United FC claimed the Division 4 title, finishing the season with 22 points and 10 wins. They secured their championship with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Norton Wanderers. Wycombe Tit Village showcased their dominance with a resounding 6-0 victory over Hednesford City, while Wyld Stallyns secured a close 1-0 win against FIVE WAYS.
We welcome new team TomBolas FC to the league for the new season. We wish these good luck as they have snapped up the vacancy in the Premier Division, confident they can cause an upset in their debut season! They face Banglasesh on their debut game.
