Wednesday 8th May - Cannock and Hednesford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock and Hednesford Wednesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring a cancellation from Cannock Dossers who return as normal on Wednesday 15th May.

In the Premier League, Exeter Gentley made a strong comeback, defeating Donk II with a score of 5-2. Meanwhile, ORIENTAL DELIGHT managed to outdo Jimmy Sevilla FC, leading with a 6-3 victory. Romasexuals also demonstrated a significant win, taking down Webblikesfattys 5-3.

Division 1 saw a stunning performance by NUTMEG CITY, who crushed Borrussia Teeth 7-0, whereas Newstead FC edged out Clarence F.C. with a 3-1 victory. IDEAL FC and Banglasesh FC had a fabulous night, beating their opponents Toby Minton FC and Baldeaux with scores of 6-0 and 5-1, respectively.

In Division 2, MABLE'S SPARTANS emerged victorious over Bilbao Baggins with a 2-0 win. DOUBLE POGBA AND COKE outperformed Shameless 6! with a score of 6-3, and TomBolas FC narrowly defeated Barmy Army 2-1. Albert Sloshers and Wine Bar Fc ended their match in a 1-1 draw.

In Division 3, Norton Wanderers edged a close match against Strongbow Unathletic 3-2. LIMES FC dominated over Wheely Bad Fc with a 5-1 victory, while a high-scoring match saw Demba 9 Ba overcoming Real Sociopaths 7-5. Murder On Zidane's Floor celebrated a 5-1 win over CrossBarcelona.

Finally, in Division 4, FIVE WAYS triumphed over Haven't Got One Yet with a score of 3-0, while Limes FC 2 secured a narrow win against FC G&T 2-1. Wyld Stallyns also secured a slim victory over Hotel Thiago, winning the game 1-0.
