Albert Park Premier League Kicks Off

The Albert Park Premier League got under way last night with all 8 contenders hoping to start the season well.

Its Salford Allsorts FC who take pole position on goal difference after their 7-0 beating of Dockyard Loyals, with 5 goals from Mike Knox who is sure to be a golden boot contender come the end of the season. Dockyard were latecomers to the league and were missing some key men so expect them to bounce back next week.

In second place is Amigos as they started impressively thanks to a 7-2 win against Unreal Madrid. Lovely Skills on show here in particular from Keelan Wheeldon with easily the sauciest megs of the night. 

Elsewhere FC LBR got off to a great start with a 4-1 victory over Gangsters Allardyce to set them up strongly as they battle for first place.

The closest game of the evening came as Blackley FC beat Team Bolt 2-1 to get them off to a winning start.
