GILLINGHAM - Monday night saw week 13 of the Gillingham 6-a-side Football League unfold with exciting matchups in all three divisions: Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2.
In the Premier League, a tight match between Goal Diggers and Gangstas Allardyce ended in a goalless draw. The clash of Lahmas and Tracksuit Friends saw the latter narrowly secure a victory with a 1-0 win. However, the highlight of the night was the thrilling 3-3 draw between Mylittlescratchy and Rainham Raptors. Matthew Blake of Rainham Raptors demonstrated an outstanding performance as he scored two goals to top the Premier League's scoring chart for the week.
Over in Division 1, Dijk In Dias fell short against Shakthar Senseless, losing 2-1. Expecting Toulouse was bested by Out On Bale 3-2, while Moleicester City FC couldn't resist Box2Box FC's powerful attacks and were defeated 5-2. James Hunnisett of Box2Box FC shone by notching up three goals to become the top scorer in Division 1.
In Division 2, Balotelli-Tubbies were beaten 3-1 by AFC Ben Nevis, and Hoo Mafia lost 3-1 to Wonderboys FC. Real Jacamo struggled against Sturry FC, who posted a dominant 6-2 victory. Matt from Sturry FC was the standout performer of the division, scoring twice to claim the top scorer title for the week.
