New extended Aylesbury Thursday 5 a side season kicks off!

AYLESBURY THURSDAY 5 A SIDE SEASON KICKS OFF!

Our much-awaited Aylesbury Thursday Football League commenced its season with a thrilling display of talent and skill last night from old and new teams. With Week 1 in the books, we were treated to some phenomenal matches in the Premier League, here's all the scorers:

PREMIER LEAGUE

In a standout performance, champions Bowsers Barhmi Army dominated the game against Wesford FC, securing a resounding 6-1 victory. Their clinical display on the pitch showcased their prowess and determination to start the season on a high note. Leading the charge for Bowsers Barhmi Army was none other than Ben Playle, who was awarded the highly coveted Most Valued Player of the week which he help achieve with a hat-trick for his side.

An old team returning to the league in Watermead FC left no room for doubt in their match against Brown Team, securing a convincing 8-1 victory. Their superior teamwork and attacking flair overwhelmed their opponents, setting the tone for their season ahead as Ethan Toon grabbed a hat-trick.

In a closely contested match, The House FC managed to edge out Earth Wind And Maguire with a narrow 3-2 victory. This thrilling encounter showcased the competitive nature of the league, with both teams pushing each other to their limits.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Skrtels and FC Dynamo faced off in a high-scoring affair, with Teenage Mutant Ninja Skrtels ultimately emerging victorious with a 5-3 win. The match displayed the teams' offensive capabilities and proved to be an entertaining spectacle for us all.

In a nail-biting thriller, MixMatch Utd narrowly clinched a thrilling 9-8 victory against the formidable Fuji Fan Club. The match was a goal-fest, with both teams displaying exceptional attacking intent. Luca Jennings of MixMatch Utd was the standout performer, netting an impressive four goals and emerging as the top scorer in the Premier League for Week 1.
