Not a Kalou with their biggest performance of the season!

Our 5 a side league on Thursdays at Aqua Vale swimming and fitness centre always goes by very smoothly. I am blessed with usually very organised teams and everyone really wanting to get on that pitch, rarely missing any games, so this week was no exception!

TEAM OF THE WEEK!

Not a Kalou defeat the invincibles! Im sure Jamie Trott and his team did not think they would snatch a win from this game, especially given the outstanding record their opponents have held since they joined the league a number of weeks ago. Not a Kalou clearly didn't agree with that and went out all guns blazing to catch the current league leaders off guard and catch them off guard is exactly what they did! This was a performance for the memories and one I'm sure they will look back on! a final score of 8-6 and what a game to watch it was!

MOTM AWARDS!!

Josh Brookes - Exeter Gently - What a performance from josh in front of goal! A goal from him ensured his team got the win, but this was far more than just a 1 goal that got him MOTM! He was all over the place proving vital for the win!

Jay Rose - Vale United - Jay had one of the most clinical displays on the night! With 3 goals to his name and a generally impressive performance in front of goal, he really showed everyone what a stinker should be doing!

James Trott - Not A Kalou - James really lead by example, a true team captain on Thursday night. 3 goals and a hugely dominate display for his team that ensured the end of the Wendover Fc winning run and dominance
