Vale United go up to 3rd!

We are still getting hit with Covid related issues and this week we had another 2 teams missing from the league as a result, but we push on and make the best out of the situation!

TEAM OF THE WEEK!

This season Vale United are really stealing the show and are having an unbelievable season when compared to last season. These guys currently sit in 3rd place after another hard fought win on Thursday night! Of course we will admit that they’ve been fortunate to have had the odd default win from 1 or 2 teams self isolating, but that doesn’t take away from the simple fact that they’ve just been a better team this season, they have very much come back improved and sitting in 3rd place, are really taking advantage of their good form. How long can they stay in the good half of the league table?...

Sanjit Mallya - Inshallah Fc - Sanjit Really stepped up for his team on Thursday night to be the stand out player and THE guy that was mostly responsible for his team getting the win!

James Brown - Vale United - James was the captain and leader of the team on Thursday night that really made the difference. He was that player that gave 110% to ensure his team walked away with the win!

Adam Osgerby - Watermead Wanderers fc - Adam Was a HUGE factory of this big win for his team, not with goals but just being hugely solid in his defensive duties and work rate and still bagging a goal for his team!
