Watermead FC are back and back to their best!

Thursday at Aqua vale Swimming & Fitness centre is really looking competitive now, with some new teams and some teams making some new signings really improving the general standard!

TEAM OF THE WEEK!

They are back and they are back Covid free once again, which is of course GREAT to see! What is even better is that these guys have been away for a couple of weeks self isolating, but are now back and what a performance they put in with no rust in sight. A 7-0 win showed exactly what Watermead are capable of, even after 2 weeks of. Its great to have these lads back involved in the league and back to winning ways. This was always a game these guys would’ve expected to win, but a couple of weeks off could have made things very unpredictable for them...

MOTM AWARDS!

Ethan Toon - Watermead Fc - Ethan of course gets himself another 3 goals. Back out on the 3G and back to his best like. As always he is undroppable from his team and far too reliable!

Harry Hodges - Inshallah FC - Harry was in inspiring form on Thursday night. He managed to find the net 5 times and not give the referee any choice but to award him for his performance. Different class Harry!

Jared Samuels - Watermead Wanderers - Jared had an outstanding game defensively for his team, even bagging a goal to really prove his performance was just generally a different level.
