Absolutely delighted to be writing our 1st weekly match report for our 6 a side Wednesday night league in Axminster. This looks like a great league and i'm excited to be part of it. I will write a report like this each week so keep an eye out for them as we move forward. 

Last nights action saw NYC FC edge ahead in the title race as they picked up the points in a great game with 6-A-Cider. Mark Pearse scored twice for NYC to secure a 3 - 2 win. Chards Chopsy's are a point behind having been held to a 2 - 2 draw by Portsmuff. Farmers Weekly drop to 3rd after a 1 - 0 defeat to Uplyme & Sinker - Simon Smith with the goal. 

Lads on Toure are 4th and did their goal difference no harm at all with a comfortable 15 - 1 win over Winsham Utd. Alex netted 5 and there were hattricks for Ethan Matthews and Ed Cross along the way. LR Dons were also high scorers on the night as they saw off Vikings 9 - 2, Max Richardson doing most of the damage with 5 to register their 1st win of the campaign. Nice to Michu and The Roys went toe to toe in a great game that was settled by two goals from Jacob for the Michu side who took the spoils 3 - 2 to wrap up the weekly report.

Huge thank you to the officials on the night, these leagues wouldn't run without you are we are always greatful for the work you put in every week.
