Mickeys Mob win BIG!

Isn't everything just falling into place nicely at the moment... football is back, covid has picked its bags, the pubs are back open and the weather has been great. Life is really starting to look good again! I can almost feel the atmosphere in the summer when the euros start again already!

Let's get into Monday night at Aylesbury Vale Academy, which of course was another successful night of football!

TEAM OF THE WEEK!

This week it has to go to Mickeys Mob with their performance on Monday night! 10-1 was the final score! After getting their pants pulled down last week, they really went out to show off on Monday night and feel much better about themselves. I don't think they could be happier with a scoreline and performance as flattering as the one they achieved. Just about everyone got onto the score sheet and really made it a team effort. With their rivals above them losing, it also helped Mick Ellis and his players close the gap back to 2 again, in an attempt to climb the league table!

MOTM AWARDS!

Alex Stepney - Shane Schlong - Alex single handily got his team the win tonight with an excellent display in front of goal, claiming himself a hattrick in the process. Very worthy of MOTM!

Sam Blake - Consent City - Sam had an outstanding game on Monday night! Leading the line for his team and banging in 2 brilliant finishes to secure himself MOTM!

Harry Jones - Kaboulsack fc - Harry only scored 4 goals on Monday night, nothing much impressive about that, but then that's the same mentally people have of you when you're at Harrys standard...ask Messi...

Ellis Groves - Nite wave - WOW! What can I say about Ellis? Without him there's no way his team walk away with a win! WHAT.A.PERFORMANCE!
