Tuesday 28th August - Warwick Round-Up

It was a fantastic evening of 6 a side football in Warwick on Tuesday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some excellent matches played across both divisions.

In the Premier Division the battle for top spot opened up (albeit slightly), with Murder on Zidane's Floor ending Netsix & Chill's 100% record, beating them 6-5 in a thrilling encounter, meaning they are now only 3 points behind, along with Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo who hammered FC See You Next Tuesday 9-0, so it looks like a three way battle for the top two spots just after the halfway point of the season.

There was a change at the summit of Division One with Buftons Babe's beating Generic Football Team 4-1 to put themselves in pole position and Generic down to second.  Qarabag also capitalised on this result and beat Liberal Club 3-0 meaning they are now only a point behind the top two.
