Gosport Wednesday 6 a side news - match day 10

The 10th week of the Gosport Wednesday 6-a-side football league produced a thrilling spectacle, with a flurry of goals across both the Premier League and Division 1.

PREMIER LEAGUE  

In the Premier League, Titchfield FC made a statement with an emphatic 8-1 victory over Jewventus. Their dominant performance was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the week. Meanwhile, Murder On Zidanes Floor demonstrated their offensive prowess with a resounding 13-2 win against Reform AFC. It was a high-scoring affair that kept us on the edge of our seats. The Gentlemen also enjoyed a victorious evening, with a 4-1 triumph over Baines On Toast.

The Premier League top scorer for the week was Harley Austen from The Gentlemen, contributing four of the team’s total goals. His impressive display on the field was a testament to his scoring ability and a crucial element in his team's win.

DIVISION ONE  

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Van Brockhurst and Snatit FC played out a thrilling 3-3 draw. Elsewhere, Bayern Neverlosen lived up to their name, cruising to a 6-0 win over Bowen Arrows. The most high-scoring match of the division was Suck Umtities' 8-2 victory over Queens Park Strangers.

Jake Darcy from Snatit FC emerged as the top scorer in Division 1, netting three goals. His spectacular performance was instrumental in securing a point for his team.

The 10th week of the Gosport Wednesday league saw an abundance of goals and thrilling matches that left us eagerly anticipating the next set of games. The teams will be looking to carry this momentum into the later stages of the league and we can expect more exciting football in the coming weeks.
