In an exhilarating week 11 of the Gosport Wednesday Football League, teams across the Premier League and Division 1 faced off in a thrilling series of matches that kept us on the edge of our seats.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League, the Titchfield FC reigned supreme in their match against Reform AFC, delivering a remarkable 8-1 victory. Their powerful performance highlighted the team's synergy and their ability to seize opportunities at every turn. South Coast Vikings and Baines On Toast also clashed on the field, with Baines On Toast emerging victorious with a 5-2 win. The Gentlemen and Murder On Zidanes Floor's game was a nail-biter, resulting in a narrow 3-2 win for Murder On Zidanes Floor.
DIVISION ONE
In the Division 1 league, Lucky 7 and Suck Umtities battled it out, with Suck Umtities securing a 2-1 victory. Meanwhile, Snatit FC showed their mettle against Queens Park Strangers, driving home a decisive 7-1 victory. In another high-scoring match, Bowen Arrows triumphed over Van Brockhurst with a 6-3 scoreline while Bayern Neverlosen and Fish Fingers FC ended in a 3-3 draw, a point was enough for Fish Fingers to go top of the table.
This week's top scorers were Harley Austen from The Gentlemen in the Premier League, netting a commendable 2 goals, and Kareem Elbaloula from Van Brockhurst in Division 1, scoring an impressive 3 goals.
