Gosport Wednesday 6 a side news - match day 5

In the latest action from the Gosport Wednesday 6-a-side Football League, week five saw some thrilling competition across the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2.

PREMIER LEAGUE  

In the Premier League, Murder On Zidanes Floor demolished The Gentlemen with an overwhelming score of 8-1. Jake Bowers of Murder On Zidanes Floor became the division's top scorer, netting an impressive four goals. Baines On Toast saw a close defeat against The Villagers with a scoreline of 2-1 while Titchfield FC triumphed over Lucky 7 with a 10-1 victory.

DIVISION ONE  

Division 1 was equally exciting, with The Backstreet Moyes defeating Chairman Supernova by a significant 10-1 margin. The top scorer for this division was Isaac S from The Backstreet Moyes, who managed to score four fabulous goals. Jewventus had a hard night, losing 10-2 to Brune Parkians while Fish Fingers FC completed a clean sweep victory of 9-0 against Reform AFC.

DIVISION TWO

In Division 2, Suck Umtities and Bowen Arrows fought to a 3-3 draw with Thomas Day from Suck Umtities becoming the division's top scorer with two goals. Bayern Neverlosen secured a 2-0 victory over Snatit FC while Queens Park Strangers faced defeat against Spitroast Fc, losing by 3-0.

The competition is heating up in the Gosport Wednesday 6-a-Side Football League. Every goal counts, and as the top scorers have demonstrated, an individual's contribution can significantly impact the team's success. As we move into the sixth week, all eyes will be on the divisions' top scorers, as they may well be the game changers in their respective leagues.
