Bicester Wednesday 5 a side news - match day 10

Players gathered last night for the 10th week of the Bicester Wednesday 5-a-side Football league with teams competing in the Premier League division.

PREMIER LEAGUE  

Ashton Villa FC fought off a spirited Elmsbrook Utd, clinching a 7-4 victory in a match packed with action to seal the title. In another game, Every Other Week FC showcased their dominance over Bog Standard Liege, with a resounding 5-0 win.

New team Black Panthers United and Finnemores Under 8s faced each other. The latter team scored secured a 15-2 victory, with their stunning performance leaving us in awe.

Flying Without Ings also managed a clean sheet, defeating Astro Snappers 5-0, while RNO FC overpowered Men Behaving Chadli, attaining an 8-4 win. The last game of the Premier League division saw Pickled Patch beat Queens Park Strangers 7-2 in a captivating match.

The star of the week without a doubt was Joe McLaughlin of Finnemores Under 8s. Named the most valued player of the week, McLaughlin exhibited extraordinary skill and agility, managing to score five goals in the tournament, making him the top scorer in the Premier League division. His outstanding performance played a key role in leading his team to victory and setting a high standard of play for the other competitors.

With week 10 now concluded, teams in the Premier League division are gearing up for the next phase of the Bicester Wednesday 5-a-side Football league. We are eagerly anticipating what promises to be another thrilling round of football.
