2 Girls One Schlupp 3 v 2 Lads on Toure

This was a cracking game to get the night going with action at both ends. Some nice football by both sides led to early goals for either side but tension grew as the game went on and 2 girls managed to hold on for the win. 2 Girls have been impressive since they have joined the league and are still unbeaten while Lads on Toure have been a surprise package but had a minor blip tonight. Squad 5 v 0 Newark on Tour

A no show from Newark meant that squad received the automatic win. They played a friendly against 2 girls which they won 8-4.

Zakemrosa 1 v 4 FFFC

A tough start to the league for new boys Zakemrosa. FFFC were able to take early advantage scoring 2 quick goals inside the first couple of minutes while Zakemrosa found their feet. However once they had settled in they provided a sturn test for FFFC and will certainly be pushing up the league in weeks to come. MOM- Dan Brown

ScissormeTravis 0 v 5 Peg Doesn't Pass

Peg had received the automatic win before the night due to Scissormetravis being unavailable. Thanks must go to them for giving seven days notice. Peg played a friendly against FFFC which they lost 3-2.

What a game to end the night! It was end to end and had a feisty edge to it but this wasn't took over the top which is credit to both teams. Both teams wanted to win and play football and this was highlighted which some of the goals scored. However some on the other hand were complete flukes. 1truesaxon picking up their first win of the season while Danny Dyers still await theirs. MOM- Steve Cummings
