As Lads on Toure were unable to make it, 2 Girls already knew before kick-off they had won the league. They will be presented with trophy, medals and gifts next week. They did however play an enjoyable friendly against Newark on Tour which saw some good football being played.

FFFC 0 V 2 FC Banterlona- MOM: Mark Smith

In the first competitive game of the night it saw two heavyweights in the league go head to head. Both sides like to get the ball down and play football and the quality showed during the match. Banterlona used a target man to play off and this seemed a good tactic as they were able to take the lead in the first half. After this the game could of gone each way with both sides having chances but both goalkeepers doing well. Banterlona managed to snatch a late goal to seal the win and saw out the game to keep a clean sheet.

Peg Doesn't Pass 8 v 5 ScissormeTravis- MOM: Alex Stayne

A goal every two minutes on average in this one which was a real spectacle for those watching. Peg took an early advantage scoring a couple of goals to try and dampen the spirits of the youngsters. But the youngsters of ScissormeTravis didn't let up and gave as good as they got with both sides then scoring freely for the rest of the game. Peg always had the edge and everytime it looked like ScissormeTravis were getting back into it would score again to tighten their grip on the game.

Danny Dyers Chocolate Harmonculus 0 v 5 1truesaxon

Danny Dyers were also unable to attend tonight and did give notice of this. Therefore 1truesaxon got the automatic win and points and played a friendly against Peg Doesn't Pass. Thanks to Peg for staying behind.
