The absence of G.FC and Red Bull being away on holiday meant that both sides had already received 5 - 0 league victories prior to kicking a ball. That didn't stop them playing a fantastically competitive game, it was end to end with a number of great goals, Lads On Toure edged possession and on balance fully deserved the win.

This win lifts Cooking With Ethan AFC back to the summit of the table, clear of second place by a point. This was a brilliant performance by the leaders, but the honour of 'goal of the game' goes to Danny Dyers for their 25 yard effort that nestled in the bottom left hand corner of the goal.

FFFC 7 - 2 Balotelli Tubbies

FFFC had also received a 5 - 0 win tonight due to the unavailability of Newark On Tour, once again we had a highly entertaining game in a nine goal thriller. The dizzy heights of third for FFFC now, just two points off the leaders.

A string of good performances recently have gone unrewarded for Peg Doesn't Pass, but tonight however they got their just desserts claiming a narrow victory over 1TrueSaxon. Peg are now lifted off the bottom and up into eighth place, a point off the bottom.
