Brackley's Wednesday Night Football League delivered another thrilling week of action as teams across the Premier League and Division 1 divisions battled it out on the pitch.
In the Premier League division, spectators were treated to a nail-biting draw between Bayer Neverlusen and FC Harambe, who wrapped up the game with a 3-3 scoreline. Boys R Us, however, dominated their match against Wernham Hogg, rolling to a convincing 8-3 victory. RB showed great resilience in their 6-4 victory over Dtam FC, while Khedira Screaming shut out TekkersSlovakia in an impressive 3-0 win.
Over in Division 1, the matches were equally as thrilling. Any Hole Is A Goal eked out a narrow 2-1 win over the Minimum Wagers, and in a surprisingly high scoring match, FC GRITBIN steamrolled the Bronnley Boys FC 6-0. Brackley Unathletic matched up against Gangsters Allardyce, and ultimately came away with a 4-3 win. Meanwhile, Champagne Super Rovers scored a 3-1 victory over Croughton Colts.
Amid all the athletic display, one player, Thomas Hughes of Any Hole Is A Goal, stood out amongst the crowd. His extraordinary skill and unwavering commitment on the field earned him the title of the week's most valued player.
