REMEMBER TO GIVE US YOUR HOLIDAY DATES FOR SUMMER 2019

As the holiday season is fast approaching, make sure you give us any dates you are unavailable to play.

We appreciate there may be some occasions when you cannot make your game and you are unable to give notice but during the summer with holiday plans we would like to avoid you having to pay costly cancellation charges, and giving us plenty of notice means we can sort a game out for your opposition.

You will lose the game 5-0 in your absence but you will not be charged for missing the game if you provide 7 days or more notice.
