Gosport Monday 7 a side end of season!

In an exhilarating end to the Gosport Monday 7 a side Football league, Lost Rovers and Six Offenders emerged as victors of Division 1 and Division 2 respectively, rounding off an exciting ten-week season.

DIVISION ONE  

In the climactic final week of Division 1, Lost Rovers sealed their dominance with a stunning 4-1 victory over Exeter Gently. This victory pushed their total score to a commendable 17 points with a total of 8 wins, an impressive feat for the team. A huge contribution to this triumphant win was Harry Omalley, who stole the show by scoring four goals in the final match. The other game in the division saw Eze Does It record a 6-3 win against Real Sosobad.

DIVISION TWO

Meanwhile, in Division 2, Six Offenders were crowned champions as they steamrolled Kings Harbour with an impressive 25-1 victory, demonstrating an undeniable prowess on the field. The triumphant team ended the season with a total of 18 points and 9 wins, testament to their consistent performance throughout the season. Sam Clark, the star player for Six Offenders, took the spotlight by scoring a whopping 12 goals.

Other notable matches in Division 2 included a 8-0 victory for Athletico Moretti over Slobshock FC and Un Athletico Madrid's solid 6-2 win over Haven't Jota Clue to seal promotion.

Well done to our Golden Boot winners - Harry Omalley 15 (Lost Rovers) in Div 1 and Sam Clark 30 (Six Offenders) in Div 2.

As the Gosport Monday league concludes with the celebration of the season's winners, we eagerly anticipate the next season, where teams will return to clash for the coveted titles in Divisions 1 and 2. Congratulations to Lost Rovers and Six Offenders for their well-deserved victories!
