Gosport Monday 7 a side league update 8th July

The Gosport Monday 7 a side Football league, in its sixth week of the season, saw its fair share of stunning goals, brilliant maneuvers, and nail-biting finishes this week. However, there were a few issues with players thinking it was appropriate to question the referees decisions this week which is unacceptable. We will be speaking to the relevant players and if they carry on with this course of action, then they will be removed from the league.

In Division 1, a notable match saw Dragon These Balls take on Real Sosobad, which ended in a tight finish with the latter edging out a 2 - 1 victory. Eze Does It secured a comfortable win against Queens Park Strangers with a score of 2 - 0. However, the highlight of the night was undoubtedly the goal fest between Lads On Toure and Lost Rovers, where Lost Rovers demolished their opponents with a scoreline of 7 - 1.

Lost Rovers' Harry Omalley was the star of the Division 1, scoring an impressive total of four goals, underscoring his pivotal role in the team's success.

Over in Division 2, Kings Harbour narrowly defeated Un Athletico Madrid 1 - 0, while Slobshock FC overcame Haven't Jota Clue in an enthralling game that ended 3 - 2. Despite the loss, Hayden Allen of Haven't Jota Clue put on a commendable performance by scoring a goal for his team.

As the league progresses, the competition is heating up, with every goal and every match crucially impacting the standings. The teams will be back for the seventh week, looking to improve their positions and vie for the title.
