Gosport Monday 7 a side news - match day 4

The fourth week of the Gosport Monday 7-a-side Football League left us on the edge of our seats as teams across two divisions showcased exhilarating performances under the floodlights.

DIVISION ONE

The Division 1 games kicked off with a high intensity match that saw Exeter Gently overpower Lost Rovers with a 3-1 victory to really shake up the league. The star player of the match, Jack Fox, notched up two goals for Exeter Gently, earning him the title of the top scorer in Division 1 for Week 4. In the other game, Real Sosobad emerged victorious against Bowsers Boys with a decisive 4-1 scoreline, further intensifying the competition in the division.

DIVISION TWO  

The excitement continued with Division 2 matches, where Jewventus clinched a thrilling 4-2 win over Athletico Moretti. Blue Star Pompey narrowly missed out on victory against Haven't Jota Clue, with a tight final score of 3-2. The last game in Division 2 saw Gangstas Allardyce maintain their winning streak with a solid 2-0 triumph over OnlyFouls. Reece Held from Gangstas Allardyce stood out with his impressive performance, scoring two goals and securing the top scorer title for Division 2.

As the league progresses, the competition is heating up, with teams in both divisions displaying robust performances and vying for the top spots. As we look forward to the next match day, we celebrate the top scorers - Jack Fox and Reece Held - for their outstanding individual performances in their respective divisions.
