Gosport Monday 7 a side news - match day 5

In the town's buzzing football scene, the Gosport Monday league reached its 5th week yesterday, witnessing thrilling matches in both Division 1 and Division 2.

DIVISION ONE

In the Division 1 showdown, the Lost Rovers edged out Netsix And Chill FC with an impressive 2-0 victory. This win was largely driven by the unparalleled prowess of Kai Sterne, the top scorer for Division 1. Sterne netted twice to tip the match in favour of the Lost Rovers, demonstrating his pivotal role in their victory.

DIVISION TWO

The energy was equally high in Division 2, which saw three exciting matches played out. Jewventus and Gangstas Allardyce clashed in an intense game, with Gangstas Allardyce triumphing 5-2 fuelled by the exceptional performance of Kian Towse, the standout goal scorer of the division, netting a total of 3 goals.

In another Division 2 clash, OnlyFouls narrowly overcame Haven't Jota Clue in a closely contested match, ending with 3-2 win. The match between Blue Star Pompey and Athletico Moretti also ended in favour of the latter with a scoreline of 4-2. Both matches showcased some great talent and great competition.

As we move into the 6th week, the Gosport Monday league continues to provide us with thrilling football. The top performers, Kai Sterne and Kian Towse, look to further their goal tallies and push their teams towards the top of their respective divisions.
