Gosport Monday 7 a side news - match day 8

In a thrilling week of Gosport Monday 7-a-side Football League, teams from Division 1 and Division 2 battled it out in what was the eighth week of an exhilarating season.

DIVISION ONE  

In Division 1, Exeter Gently clashed with leaders Lost Rovers, the latter emerging victorious with a 11-4 scoreline. Jewventus edged past League 1 Crew in a nail-biting game ending at 3-2. The highlight of the division was striking ace Korben Swannack from League 1 Crew, who emerged as the top scorer, netting two crucial goals.

DIVISION TWO  

Division 2 saw equally intense matches, with Blue Star Pompey outclassing Haven't Jota Clue 4-2. Working Class On Grass fell to Bowsers Boys 7-2 while Borussia Teeth narrowly defeated Athletico Moretti with a 3-2 scoreline. Division 2's top scorer of the week was Rammon Oiruria from Blue Star Pompey, who netted an impressive total of four goals.

With only two weeks left in the season, the competition is heating up. We are eager to see which team seals the Div 2 title with Lost Rovers having already secure the trophy in Div 1 this season.
