PECOED MONDAY LEAGUE WEEK 6 UPDATE: FIERCE COMPETITION IN PREMIER LEAGUE, DIVISION 1 & 2
Pencoed Monday football fans were treated to another captivating week of football as week six of the competition unfurled. The leagues, divided into Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2, saw exhilarating matches that continued to display the prowess of local teams.
In the Premier League's spotlight fixture, Bridge United outplayed Tondu Vets with a decisive 4-1 win. Elsewhere, Clwb Brewers edged Stella Fellas 4-2 in a goal-filled encounter, while Spud FC narrowly beat Rustler Burgers 3-2 in a nail-biter. The Premier League top scorer’s position was claimed by an outstanding forward from Bridge United, who scored a hat trick to lead his team to victory.
The Division 1 league was equally thrilling. Dolly Blues and Inter Yanan fought to a 3-3 draw, while Vale Originals squeezed a 1-0 win over Real Sosobad.
