Weekly News from Sunday 28th May

A terrific night of football on Sunday saw all teams in attendance as expected for their games, with the only exception being Something. We were extremely disappointed the team failed to contact Head Office to inform us they were unable to attend their game, and we will be in contact with the team captain to confirm they will be back as normal next week.

We were also disappointed to hear of two disciplinary issues. Dave Cameron of PSV Hangover, and Blake Bradshaw of ERFC both received yellow cards for repeated infringements of the laws of the game. Both players will also consequently be receiving £10 fines for their actions.

Leisure Leagues employs a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour at any of the leagues that we operate. Any team or player seen to be displaying this sort of behaviour will receive fines and bans accordingly.
