In the Premier League division, our newest team (with some familiar faces), M Bangers fell to The Gradient in a riveting match that ended 4-1. Making sure they did not slip up, this earnt them that shiny runners up position.
Displaying an impressive season long performance, Burntwood Fc emerged as the division winners. With a total of 33 points and 16 wins, they’ve proven to be the force to be reckoned with throughout the season. They shall surely be looking forward to collecting that massive cup and honours!
In Division 1, the matches were highly competitive and no less remarkable. FC Prodigies drew 1-1 against Boys To Men, while Wheel FC dominated their match against 2 Goals 1 Cup with a 7-0 victory. The CTL Elite managed to scrape a narrow win against Sheffield Monday with a 1-0 scoreline. Unfortunately, with no sign of WIP, Wheel FC cruised to 2nd place...
In a breathtaking Match of the Day match, Harriers secured a 4-3 victory over Norfolkinchance. However, it was too little too late for them, CTL's victory means they failed to even secure a top half finish. Norfolkinchance, on the other hand, emerged as the division winners, having amassed a total of 28 points with 13 wins. Congratulations to the Paul Marsden franchise, albeit he will certainly be after more than 1 trophy next season!
Division 2 saw a combination of tightly contested matches and high-octane action. Purple Cobras FC narrowly lost to Scrambled Legs 2-3, whereas Poms United fell short against Boat Inn Rovers with the same scoreline.
Patty Freaks FC edged Kepa Clean Sheet with a 3-2 victory, and just when you thought this crazy division couldn't get any more intense - MONDAY WARRIORS drew 4-4 with Unathletico Madrid. Some unbelievable results/performances there's!
