Play in the Burntwood Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Last night marked the exciting kick-off of the Burntwood Monday 6-a-side Football League, where energy was high and competition fierce.

In the Premier League division, Scrambled Legs put up a valiant fight but ultimately fell 3-2 to Burntwood FC in a nail-biting match. These two local rivals locking horns as the reigning champions start the season on the front foot. The CTL Elite and Sheffield Monday came out swinging, scoring impressive victories over Norton FC and Harriers with scores of 7-2 and 7-0, respectively. Bunch Of Scruffs and Dank FC battled it out fiercely, ending with a draw at 1-1.

Meanwhile, Division 1 saw some remarkable performances. Diddys Dribblers challenged Havent Jota Clue FC, but couldn't catch up, falling 3-1. A simply incredible Match of the Day ensued with 12 whopping goals to feast your eyes on! Patty Freaks FC dominated Schwartz's Young Kids in an 8-4 victory! Great start. 

Meanwhile Basic FC lost a close match to ATHLETICO BILBAO BAGGINS 4-3. An exciting game between 2 Goals 1 Cup and Monday Ringers ended with the latter team winning 5-2. Plenty of new teams in this division, yet plenty of screamers nonetheless. 

In Division 2, Paul's Rent Boys were defeated by TTFC, with a final score of 0-3. PSV Hangover managed to edge past Kepa Clean Sheet in a tight match that ended 1-0. Meanwhile, Class On Grass struggled to keep up with Boys To Men, who triumphed 6-0.

Finally, in Division 3, Pro Clubs Irl couldn't withstand the power of Inter Your Nan United, losing the match 1-5. Unathletico Madrid and Purple Cobras FC had a thrilling face-off, with the latter emerging victorious 2-1.

The season has only just begun, and it's clear that each team is bringing their A-game. Let's keep an eye on the top scorers from each division as the season progresses. With such an action-packed start, it's anybody's guess who will come out on top at the end of this season. Those table toppers are guaranteed to dance around as time progresses!
