In the Premier League, Burntwood FC delivered a commanding performance, defeating Sheffield Monday with a 2-0 victory. Their brothers in Scrambled Legs were less so victorious, suffering a 6-2 loss to Norton FC. However, the evening's highlight was Bunch Of Scruffs' 3-1 victory over The CTL Elite. No change at the top, although, this now appears to be a firm two-horse race. Dank FC, unfortunately, suffered a heavy defeat, losing to Harriers 6-1.
The Division 1 matches were equally thrilling. ATHLETICO BILBAO BAGGINS maintained their winning streak, beating Diddys Dribblers 4-0, while Basic FC narrowly defeated Patty Freaks FC 3-2. That was today’s crucial Match of the Day! However, was it so painful that Patty’s title hopes are dashed? In other news, Victor Moses Garden emerged victorious over The Grillbillies with a clean 3-0 victory. Great start for them in the division!
In Division 2, Stroke Tity FC and Paul's Rent Boys both claimed 2-0 victories over Class On Grass and Kepa Clean Sheet respectively. Both these top dogs, refusing to back down once more! National Gridiots triumphed over PSV Hangover 6-3, while Davos Diddy Party secured a 1-0 win against Boys To Men.
Finally, in Division 3, Trooper FC claimed a resounding 5-1 win over Inter Your Nan United. A huge upset which sees them bow out the promotion race! Whopper Walsh, Karius To Glory and Queen Park Strangers also emerged as winners in their respective matches. The bizarre set of twins at the top of the table prevail once again.
