Monday 11th February - Burntwood Round-Up

It was another good evening of 6 a side football in Burntwood on Monday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only exception being Tottenham Hotsperm who have been removed from the league for their second consecutive failure to attend.

Chase FC's incredible winning streak continued as they made it 33 wins on the bounce with an 8-3 victory over Norfolkinchance.  Brutal Deluxe stay in their usual second spot after a 1-0 victory over Dyslexia Untied.

In Division One Walkabout FC won again this week, 5-1 against Absolutely Fabregas as they made it 4 wins out of 5 for the campaign so far.  Burntwood Dads stay in second place despite their 3-2 defeat to The Dukes, although Only Fools & Scorers are now level on points with them after their 5-0 friendly win.

In Division Two Monday Club remain top of the table after a hard fought 1-0 win over Unitech United.  Giroud Let The Dogs out were the weeks big winners as they put 10 without reply past Mean Machine, they are closely followed by Chasetown Seniors who were 4-2 winners over Class on Fake Grass.
