In the main it was a good evening of 6 a side football in Burntwood on Monday with all teams in attendance apart from cancellations on the day from Lloyds, Pique Blinders and Intoyrnan all of which we look forward to seeing return on Monday 19th November.
It was clash of the top two in the Premier Division and once again Chase FC came out victorious making it 8 wins in a row for the season and incredibly they have now won 34 of their last 36 matches in total.
Division One is set up for a thrilling second half of the season with just one point separating the top 5 teams, 4 of which are tied on 10 points! Tottenham Hotsperm now sit top of the pile on goal difference after they dispatched of Dyslexia Untied 2-0, going above their opponents in the process.
Walkabout dropped their first point of the season in Division Two after being held by Unitech 2-2, reducing their lead on points to 3 from second place. Class on Fake Grass also edged out Neville Wears Prada 2-1 in a closely contested match.
