It was a good evening football in the Burntwood Monday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some entertaining matches played across both divisions.
SOTC went to the top of the Premier Division with a fantastic result as they thrashed Bayer Neverlusen 15-3 to boost their goal difference, that result, coupled with Tea and Busquets single goal defeat to Pub? had a big bearing on the table.
The Gradient remain top of Division One, their game against Lampard Do The Bounce was cut short this week due to a player injury. The result will go down as a 0-0 and be replayed at the end of the season should it have any bearing on the final standings. Sym FC were in unforgiving form in front of goal as they thrashed Warriors Argyle 10-1, that result coupled with Chasetown Seniors 2-0 defeat to Janine The Dream sees them move into second and Chasetown third.
