In an action-packed week 6 of the Burntwood Sunday 6-a-side Football League, teams across the Premier League and Division 1 faced off in a set of exhilarating matches that left spectators on the edge of their seats. 


In the Premier League, Sunday Football continued its dominance with a decisive 7-1 victory over Al-Ettifaq In Ell Ref. The team showcased their scoring prowess and defensive strength, making them a tough competition for others in the league. Meanwhile, Zero Elites secured a clean sheet, trouncing Barz Click 4-0. Top Notch eked out a close 1-0 win against Bottom Bunch FC, demonstrating resilience and remarkable defensive skills. Meanwhile Sporting Stonnall outperformed Kebab And Beer FC in a tight 2-1 contest. Earning both teams a deserved Match of the Day award for their raw grit and effort!

Over in Division 1, The Ringers made headlines with a staggering 11-0 demolition of Ball Of Duty. Their top scorer was simply unstoppable, it’ll take some Balls to come back from that! Warriors kept their winning streak alive with a 2-0 triumph over Ladzio FC, while Allstars United were stunned by D.T.F.C 8-0. Greggs On Legs edged out their competition in the form of Obese City by 1 goal. Hill Street Hooligans cruised to success with a well earns 3 nil victory to round things off!

This week's matches have surely ramped up the excitement, with some teams staking their claims as serious contenders for the title. As we move into week 7, the competition is set to heat up even further. All eyes are now on the top scorers in both divisions, whose performances could potentially make or break their team's championship dreams.
