It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Burntwood on Sunday overall which saw all teams in attendance apart from Ivory Toast who cancelled and Nunohadadream who unfortunately failed to show. Both will be spoken to accordingly and confirmed to return on Sunday 18th November.
There was a surprise result in the Premier Division as top side Buddersfield were held to a 1-1 draw by new team Boom Xhaka Laka. Second placed Chase Lions overcame Mourinho's Elite 6-4 in an entertaining encounter, but they remain 3 points off their title rivals even after this weeks results. It remains to be seen whether they can do enough to make these points up in the last 5 games, but you would think they'd need to win them all to have any chance.
In Division One things are a lot closer, with the top 7 teams all in with a shout of promotion. Realistically it would be most likely the top 4 with only three points separating 1st down to 4th position. Ringers Utd remain top of the pile and out on their own, rightly so after they put 10 past Multiple Scoregasm this week! Warriors are in second place on goal difference after a 2-1 win over The Untouchables. Murder on Zidane's Floor slipped to 4th place after bottom of the table Bottom Bunch surprised them with a 2-1 win proving how damaging a defeat in this division can be!
