Sunday 17th October - Burntwood Round-Up

It was a good afternoon's football in the Burntwood Sunday 6 a side football league this week with all teams in attendance for their fixtures as scheduled.

Ringers Utd were held to a goalless draw by second placed Tavern Lions this week, only the second time they've dropped points so far this season.  Fat FC moved up to third place following their 3-0 victory over Murder on Zidane's Floor, whilst the other two league games in the Premier Division were very entertaining encounters, Peek Eboue v Inter Your Nan and Pique Blinders v 6 Elites ended in 3-3 draws.

BUT FC chalked up another comprehensive win this week as they brushed aside Warriors by a 5-0 scoreline, whilst Obese City and Delph and Safety continue to fight for the second promotion space this week, Obese were 3-1 winners over DTFC and Delph and Safety 5-1 winners over Untouchables.
