Sunday 1st August - Burntwood Round-Up

It was another fantastic week of football in the Burntwood Sunday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some excellent games played across both divisions.

Norton FC took an outright lead at the top of the Premier Division as they recorded a fifth straight win, a narrow 1-0 over Murder on Zidane's Floor, whilst Ringers were beaten for the first time this campaign, suffering a surprise 4-2 defeat at the hands of Fat FC.

BUT FC kept up their 100% record in Division One as they recorded a fifth straight win, 5-3 over Ladzio this week in an entertaining encounter.  Obsese City sit in second place following a 4-1 win over Hazlewood House, whilst Delph and Safety drop to third after losing 3-2 against DTFC.
