Sunday 3rd July - Burntwood Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening's football in the Burntwood Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance apart from Hazlewood House who will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return on Sunday 10th July.

Murder on Zidane's Floor moved into second place as they were dominant 10-2 winners over BUT FC, moving above 6 Elites in the table as they were beaten 6-4 by leaders Ringers.  DTFC stay in fourth place as they were comfortable 5-1 victors against strugglers 6 Class Players and Andy, giving them an outside chance of claiming the Runners-Up spot.  Fat FC and Obese City played out an entertaining game to round off the division's action, with Fat FC staying in fifth place as they secured a 3-2 win.

FC Bibs march to a perfect campaign continued in week 13 as they were 5-1 winners over Ladzio FC, just second placed Peek Eboue stand in their way of a 100% record for the season in the final week.  Warriors moved into third position with a 6-2 thumping of Greggs on Legs as they aim to finish as high as possible, whilst Norton FC got their second win in a row as they thrashed Real Socialads by a 9-0 scoreline as they look to build for a promotion push next season!
