Sunday 3rd March - Burntwood Round-Up

It was a fantastic evening of 6 a side football in Burntwood on Sunday with all teams in attendance across both divisions.

Chase Lions stay at the top of the Premier Division after an impressive 5-1 win over Sluggers United, they go a point further clear of the competition as second placed Ringers drew 1-1 with Peek Eboue which also means third place Bayern go level on points with them too following their 2-0 victory over 6 Stars.  Top Notch sit in fourth place after a 4-0 win over Murder on Zidanes Floor, whilst Slightly Overweight were 3-0 victors over Tavern Lions.

Norton FC's gap at the top was cut to one point after they were surprisingly held to a 2-2 draw by 9th placed Multiple Scoregasm!  Meanwhile Bacon Mbappe edged past third placed Bayer Neverlusen by a single goal and remain second as the top two looks virtually decided already! 

Fortress were 1-0 winners in their game against Mourinho's Elite and sit in fourth position, while Box of Chocolates thrashed Jurgen Flopps 7-0 and Warriors also dished out a heavy beating to Sluggers United, 5-1 the full time score.
