Sunday 5th June - Burntwood Round-Up

It was a good afternoon's football in the Burntwood Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their scheduled matches across both divisions and some excellent matches played.

Ringers United moved five points clear in the Premier Division as they were 3-0 winners over FAT FC, whilst second placed DTFC lost ground on the leaders as they drew 1-1 with third placed 6 Elites.  Obese City moved up to fourth and within a point of second after they were 2-0 winners over strugglers BUT FC, whilst 6 Class Players and Andy got their first win of the campaign as they were 2-0 victors over Murder on Zidane's Floor.

FC Bibs dominance in Division One extended into week 9, they were 2-0 winners over second placed Peek Eboue who now fall three points off the leaders.  Ladzio moved into third place and above Greggs on Legs whom they thrashed by a convincing 5-0 scoreline.  Warriors remain in fifth spot as they were 3-1 winners over new boys Tackers United, whilst the other new team Real Socialads looked impressive this week as they thrashed Hazelwood House by 8 goals to 3.
