Sunday 7th November - Burntwood Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Burntwood Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance for their matches barring Tavern Lions who've already confirmed their return for Sunday 14th November.

Ringers United got off to a flying start this week against newly promoted BUT FC who got a baptism of fire, being thrashed 12-0.  6 Elites recorded a 4-1 win over Fat FC whilst Murder on Zidane's Floor won an entertaining game against Inter Your Nan by 4 goals to 2.  It was a closer game for Pique Blinders who were 1-0 winners against Obese City.

Game of the week in Division One was Warriors 3-2 win over Hazlewood House in a superb match to kick off the new campaign.  6 Class Players and Andy kicked off their Division One season in style as they won their first game since relegation handsomely, with a 5-1 scoreline against Delph and Safety.  Peek Eboue were also on form in front of goal as they romped to a 4-1 victory against Untouchables Reborn, whilst Ladzio completed the action with a single goal victory over DTFC.
