Sunday 8th May - Burntwood Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Burntwood Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and some excellent games played across both divisions as usual!

Top of the Premier Division Ringers Utd made short work of BUT FC this week as they thrashed them by an 11-1 score line seeing the beaten team drop into the relegation zone.  6 Elites moved into second place as they were 5-2 winners over bottom of the table 6 Class Players and Andy, whilst Murder on Zidane's Floor dropped to third spot after a 2-0 reverse against Obese City.  Fat FC remain in fourth place after this weeks action as they were comfortable 5-1 winners over DTFC who sit directly below them in the table.

FC Bibs remain top of the Division One table on goal difference which they boosted again this week as they were comfortable 7-1 victors over Greggs on Legs.  Warriors won the mid-table battle to stay in fifth position as they were 3-0 winners over Hazlewood House in a disciplined performance.
