Meanwhile, an intensely competitive match saw She Wants Matip narrowly edge past Chicken Tikka Takka with a 5-4 victory. In a more defensively dominated contest, Connaught FC squeezed by Rodallega Bombs with a 1-0 win. The final game of the Division saw Highfield FC fall to FC Same Time in a close 2-1 finish.
Over in Division 2, the battles were just as fierce. Phil McCorey and Fore Play ended in a tense stalemate with a 2-2 draw. Paqueta Busquets stood victorious against Gannavuri FC with a 2-0 win. In a neck-to-neck match, Pain In Diaz triumphed over Glens Glutes with a 2-1 victory. The evening concluded with OTA displaying an impressive performance, triumphing 7-1 over Monte Exiles RFC KC.
