Chelmsford Thursday Football League Kick-Off with Week 1 Results

The Chelmsford Thursday Football League has officially kicked off, marking the start of what promises to be an exciting season in both the Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, we saw some thrilling matches yesterday. Putins Parade started the season with a resounding victory over Barley Legal, crushing their opponents 5-1. The standout match of the evening saw Olympiacos battle it out with Casuals FC, with Olympiacos ultimately coming out on top with a score of 5-3. This victory sets an intense pace for the rest of the season, with the team already off to a strong start.

In Division 1, the games were no less exciting. Unathletico Madrid and 5 BIG BOOMS FC both demonstrated excellent skill on the pitch, battling to a 3-3 draw. Tenkem FC, however, stole the show with a staggering 15-1 victory against Da Easy Crew. Reform FC and Large Lads as well as Pique Blinders and PAIN IN DIAS both had closely fought matches ending in 5-3 and 3-3 respectively.

With this being just the first week of the season, all teams showed promise and potential for the rest of the games ahead. The top scorers for the first week of the season in the Premier League and Division 1 were Putins Parade and Tenkem FC respectively, both making early statements with their high scoring victories.
