It was a good night of football at Chester Leisure leagues which saw some very close matches across all divisions. We thank all teams for their continued reliability and support as always.
In the Premier League, Try Hards showcased their defensive prowess, clinching a 2-0 victory over CEEAITCHTHREE FC. However, the premier match of the night was the high-octane encounter between PlayLikeAlmiron and WoolyBack Rovers, with the latter stealing the show with a 3-1 win. Pique Blinders FC suffered a narrow defeat, losing 1-0 to Huzzy Wuzzie FC.
In Division 1, OMOW and Dill Dough Balls delivered a nail-biting performance that ended in a 2-2 draw. FC STONE managed to outclass Its About To Get Messi with a 2-0 win, while GREAT ESCAPE secured a narrow victory, defeating FEED THE GOAT 1-0.
The Division 2 saw a goalless draw between Sporting Abeergut and Adid-ass Predators. Rubber Dingy Rapids FC came out victorious with a 4-2 win over TBD. The highlight of the division was the game between HARDLY ATHLETIC and BIG L, where BIG L came out on top with a 5-2 victory. Daves Boys also beatESC7 with a stunning 5-0 win.
In Division 3, The Bouv FC clinched a narrow 2-1 victory over Inhaler FC. Rolt Rovers FC and YO YO FC failed to break the deadlock and the match ended in a 0-0 draw. Rising Stars FC had to bow down to M&S Bank FC with a 3-0 loss, while REAL GREENS showcased their superiority with a solid7-0 win over NORFOLK N CHANCE FC.
