Monday's Match Report 

In the highly anticipated kick off to the Chester Monday 7-a-side Football league, teams battled it out in the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 with some surprising results on the first day of the new season.

In the Premier League, Huzzy Wuzzie FC edged out Try Hards 2-1 in a tense match, while MICKYS MAGNIFICENT 7 outclassed Team 1 with a 2-0 victory. The only other match in the division saw PlayLikeAlmiron squeeze past JIMMY LLOYDS HASSEL-BANK FC 1-0, making the league table interesting right from the start. Meanwhile, in Division 1, FC STONE stole the headline with a resounding 5-0 victory over Daves Boys. Dill Dough Balls managed a narrow 1-0 win over Pique Blinders FC, while Sheffield Monday beat CEEAITCHTHREE FC 4-1. Adid-ass Predators and GREAT ESCAPE played out a goalless draw, leaving points evenly shared.

Division 2 saw a flurry of goals with Rubber Dingy Rapids FC securing a 4-0 victory. The Bouv FC also made their mark with a 3-1 win over HARDLY ATHLETIC, while Sporting Abeergut and BIG L settled for a 1-1 draw.

In Division 3, Rising Stars FC and ESC7 both secured narrow 2-1 wins over REAL GREENS and M&S Bank FC respectively. YO YO FC, Inhaler FC, TBD, and Black Rabbit FC all shared the spoils with goalless draws in their opening matches.
